All Prices are wholesale to the trade and are F.O.B. CC Tree Farms LLC. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms
Terms are net cash cash on delivery. Credit may be established with minimum 5 years in business, a credit application and satisfactory trade references. Payment is due within 30 days of delivery. Past due accounts will be charged a rate of 1.5% or the maximum rate allowed in your state on all overdue accounts until paid. Accounts past 70 days will no longer qualify for credit and will be turned over for collection.

Preliminary Lien Notice
For orders placed on credit terms and delivered to job sites, we must have information concerning the Owner,General Contractor, and Lender. A material release will be issued  upon full payment of the account.

Customer Pick Up
Please place all pickup orders 24 hours in advance so that we may assemble your order. Pick Up hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm. We will load your order on your trucks.

Limitations of Liability
If any nursery stock proves to be untrue as to its description or variety named under which it is sold, we will replace the nursery stock or refund the amount paid. CC Tree Farms LLC will at no time be responsible for more than the purchase price of the nursery stock. We express or imply no warranty as to the productiveness or life of the nursery stock that we sell.
